"Canada – US trade in relation to Indigenous intertribal trade."

 

How has international law in your area of law changed since you entered the field?  

 

"I led the charge to develop Indigenous trade policies in Canada and USA and assisted in the development of Indigenous trade with New Zealand, Australia and Taiwan."

 

What is your role in shaping international law or your area of international law?

 

"Educating Nation States, Prov, States First Nations and Tribal Nations about the law, policies and opportunities for international intertribal trade."

 

What has been the most interesting development in international law or your area of international law?

 

"Wide acceptance of Indigenous trade policies and intertribal trade rights."
